If one were to bring up the question of who holds the crown of NBA Playoff king, Michael Jordan would certainly be one of the contenders. He led the Bulls to six championships in triumphant style. In the playoffs, Jordan was clutch whenever he needed to be. A few of his playoff game-winning shots are still frequently talked about and viewed today. Sixteen years ago to this day, Mike set the record for most point scored in an NBA playoff game with his 63 against the 1986 Boston Celtics, one of the best NBA teams of all-time. Now comes your chance to own one of the few sneakers that MJ broke out in his six championship runs, the “Playoff” Air Jordan XII. If you are a fan of this Retro, do not sleep. Go out to your local Jordan Brand retailer tomorrow morning and secure yourself a pair. (Picture via Exit 36)

Under normal circumstances, re-releases of the “Olympic” and “Raptors” Air Jordan VII would be huge events. However, with such a great amount of Air Jordan Retros releasing already, the two VII Retros are more like the icing on the cake. Nonetheless, both colorways will drop during the summer. The “Olympic” Air Jordan VII Retro will be released just two weeks after its Air Jordan VI counterpart on Saturday, July 21, while the “Raptors” Air Jordan VII Retro will drop in time for the new school season on Saturday, September 1.
